Local Place Plans

Local Place Plans provide communities with the ability to formally put forward their vision and view for the future development of the neighbourhood.

Although focusing on physical space and built environment, each and every community has the choice of which areas they may choose to focus.

Ranging from: Housing, Heritage, Transport, Economic Development, Green-Spaces, Public Realm Spaces and more.

The Community Council Forum has developed an initial draft with Aberdeen City Council of how this could work in practice:
